  Plenty of free parking in front. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I was in and out very quickly. Store has lots of supplies for shipping and packing. They will help you pack and ship your product.

  Ten Year Anniversary. I started with this UPS Store in 2008. Since then, I’ve enjoyed 100% results and 0% problems. Nowadays, I find this is an increasing rare customer experience. There’s been a change of ownership, but the transition hasn’t affected my service experience and their high standards have been maintained. In part because there hasn’t been any noticeable policy or price changes. This is greatly appreciated and rare nowadays. Some new managers/owners feel they have to “reinvent the Wheel.” However, at this UPS Store location, they get the phrase: “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.” Keeping the previous owner’s practices and traditions is also, much appreciated. Some people have come and gone but my favorite person is still here. Some of the new staff have misplaced other customer’s mail into my box but that’s been quickly remedied. However, I’ve never experienced lost mail and, in fact, they’ve successfully tracked delayed packages from a variety of shippers over the last decade. I’ve never experienced damaged packages either. With today’s increase in mail theft from residences and the correlated identification theft, mail box rentals are a great option. And with the Town Center West Santa Maria UPS Store, that option has been maximized by excellent and conscientious service. I look forward to my twenty year anniversary.
