When I arrived, as you can see in the photo, there was only one person there and it was around 1 p.m., and they didn’t want to help me, (neither the man nor the woman working there) even though I had the form already filled out. They should really look into those employees because they don’t seem willing to work anymore, and they always have a bad attitude, as if the whole process were free.
- MKMary KottMar 15, 20261.0DO NOT TRUST PASSPORT SERVICES - We had to go twice for my daughter's adult passport because although she presented the correct form (DS-11), he had her fill out a renewal form, resulting in a rejection letter, second appointment to submit her original form, and more fees. Never again, and I will never recommend Santa fe Springs post office.
