  Updating my 1 star review to 5 stars. RXO’s owner promptly replied back to my review and one of the representatives by the name of Joanna called me soon after. She was very professional and I felt that she genuinely cared and wanted to help. She proactively contacted Costco and I received a notification from Costco today that they will replace the range at no cost. Thank you, RXO Team(esp. Joanna), for making things right! Below was my original review: I ordered a GE induction range through Costco last year in July and RXO Next Mile delivered and installed the range except they left in a major rush because one of the gentlemen’s wife was giving labor. Unfortunately, they did not adjust the height to align with the counter top and worse, left something plastic inside the oven, perhaps a liner or some sort, and when we finally used the oven almost a year later, a fire broke out. Understandably, it has been almost a year later but they claimed no responsibility in any way. PLEASE inspect closely for any plastic liners or packaging inside the oven. I hope this happens to no one.

  They had great communication! Emails and texts had all the information and gave me new updates on my shipment. The delivery guys were nice, polite, and efficient. They were careful with my furniture, walls, and flooring while bringing in my stove. We have an old house with tight spaces....I am very happy with my experience!
