  I waited all day for a delivery today, driver said unable to deliver. Uploaded a picture of a building that was clearly not mine and I don’t have any doortag anywhere. Absolute waste of a Sunday.

  I went to this location on Sat 4/19 to drop off a package. There was one person already inside dropping off multiple packages. One older Asian lady helping him and another girl appeared to be helping a driver. After a few minutes she asked if I was just dropping off and I said yes. She asked me if I needed a receipt which I said yes. The way she rolled her eyes and exhaled so loudly like I was asking the world from her. She then snapped saying they were really busy and was like well don’t you have your phone? Just take a picture. Told her I don’t have my phone which I did not. The other girl said she would help by going to the other computer and the older lady snapped at her and said no no. We can’t use that computer. I’ll just stop what I am doing and help her. I could see if I was being rude or rushing them but I stood there patiently waiting as I saw they were already helping someone. She was rude for no reason at all and I’m sorry but this is part of your job. Don’t take your stresses out on other people especially ones who are not even causing an issue.
