I’m not sure why she was putting her energy towards frustration, when her their job is to help our confusion or at least not make it worst for us and she what we can resolve to. She just kept saying that she just didn’t know or was not aware of what I meant with certified mail. I quote “ i’m not sure” - “ im not familiar with that”
