I thought my own mail may be being delivered to the wrong address, I called and was reassured and told that my carrier would be told about it. I felt that the person cared about my situation and that it would be taken care of. I received courteous, reassuring help with my problem and felt that they took the incident seriously. I was very satisfied with the service I received.

I called again once more at noon, Ret Reyes picked up, he was pleasant at first, but after I didn't have my tracking number on hand he sounded irritated. After looking for a minute, I apologized for taking forever, then he sighed and hung up. I called back to ask to speak to the manager, he picked up and claimed he was. I didn't believe that, and after asking another 2-3 times he finally said her name was Andreana. He then said she wasn't in and I could leave a message. I gave him my number, he demanded my name, I was uncomfortable with his tone since he was being rude nor did I trust him to give her the message. So I asked when she would be back and he said he didn't know. It's just a very poorly ran branch, the customer service was awful. And that sucks.
