  Staples delivered an outstanding experience from start to finish. My wife and I volunteer at a local nursery in Ben Lomond, California called Plantworks, and we recently developed a project to improve organization and navigation throughout the property for both volunteers and visitors. I designed a detailed map of the nursery grounds and brought the project to Staples for printing and finishing. The staff helped produce five high-quality 8” x 10” laminated maps, which we mounted to clipboards purchased in-store. We also attached dry erase markers, also purchased at Staples, so volunteers could easily communicate which sections of the nursery had already been worked on and coordinate ongoing tasks more efficiently. In addition, Staples printed and laminated a large 36” x 24” display poster of the same property map for public viewing. The final product looked extremely professional and has already become a valuable resource for customers and volunteers navigating the nursery grounds. The print quality, lamination, materials, and overall customer service exceeded expectations. Staples helped transform a simple idea into an organized, functional system that benefits an entire community space. Their team was knowledgeable, efficient, and genuinely supportive throughout the process. A truly excellent experience, and I highly recommend Staples for custom printing, presentation materials, and community project support.

  I recently visited Staples for work-related printing and had a very disappointing experience. One of the employees (CT) was extremely rude and unhelpful while I was trying to complete my order. He did not offer any guidance or explanation, which made the process unnecessarily frustrating. Customer service should be a priority, and this interaction fell far below expectations. That said, another employee working alongside him was kind and helpful, and I appreciate her assistance. Overall, I believe staff could benefit from additional customer service and cultural awareness training. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location.
