I was looking to get a couple of photos printed on nicer paper and she took the time to show me the different options and even helped me choose which paper to use for my project. She was kind, professional, and made the experience a lot easier for me.I noticed that the work environment was professional while maintaining a fun pace. I had been going to the Capitola location before but will be making this my new stop. Good job!

I can't believe the old manager was replaced by THAT guy! Would not honor any discount on misquoted order. What a clown. Does not understand customers. Also, who decided to put him in this position? Unbelievable! Will not return until better manager in place. Going to see Los Gatos location from now on as Capitola and Santa Cruz locations are total jokes.
