- ATAbigail TaylorAug 6, 20261.0Hispanic/Latino male employee, with glasses was so rude to me and my husband. Thankfully we had a nice lady help us out. Other employee was condescending and legit miserable to interact with customers. What made it hilarious was he cowardly took off his name tag when I asked for another employee to help us. I’ve read other reviews with similar experiences. Have no idea why this man is still employed?

Our original appointment was at 11:30, and we were pretty quickly. I had to leave and come back because I didn’t have the correct court-sealed custody documents, and I was worried because I only had a certified copy instead of the original. Since this was my child’s third passport application and I have full custody, she carefully reviewed everything and was able to submit our application. When I returned, she helped us promptly again, making the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Even with having to go home and come back, we were completely done before 1:30. Thank you, Miriam, for your outstanding customer service, professionalism, and kindness!
