Jay helped me package my return. I was having difficulty in fitting my item inside my box. Luckily Jay was able to go above and beyond in helping me fit the item, which saved me a lot of time, effort, and cut my cost. I am so impressed by him and am thankful for his help!

Extremely frustrating experience. I brought in two correctly packaged and pre-labeled returns, and the employee mixed them up and sent each package to the wrong company. I’m currently out about $150 because of their mistake and have spent hours contacting the retailers and trying to get this resolved. I even returned to the store and spent another 45 minutes there, only to leave without a resolution. They wanted me to pay $40 for new shipping labels. Mistakes happen, but I expected the store to take responsibility and promptly correct theirs.

I have been going to the store for over eight years now, and I am so excited for the new remodel. They have easy Amazon returns as well as I have a mailbox and receive my mail and shipments to the store. They have grown a lot, especially over the last few months, and I am glad to see the changes because they are beneficial to the customers. The staff is extremely friendly and outgoing and informative. I plan to redo my passport photo there soon as they have everything necessary to complete set task
