  Used printing and binding services with them. It was printed on the wrong size paper, so the whole ~380 page document looks weird since the file was formatted to the needed size. On top of that a few pages were missing, which I noticed much later. When they gave me my order they apologized for printing incorrectly, and gave me 10% discount for another time. But I don’t thing I’ll ever come back unless I’d feel like setting $135 on fire again😬

  Careful with Amazon returns here. something fishy is going on. Everytime I do an Amazon return at this location Amazon says they never received it. It has happened 4 times already when returning to this specific Staples.

  Incredible service and people skills here. Will helped me at the copy center, and was such a wonderful help in navigating my specific copy/print needs. Will was patient, efficient, understanding, and very professional while also personable. He really worked with me to get me what I needed and did staples proud with his exceptional customer service. Will is very comprehensive when helping with document services. All the staff were incredibly helpful and expedient. Adrien helped me with figuring out my passport photo options, which wasn’t so straight forward as it was for an application that is not related to a passport. Yet Adrien helped me figure out what would be suitable. Joel, the supervisor was really communicative with the staff to make sure we had help in all the areas of the store. Thank you to the team at this staples for looking after your customers in such a professional and personable manner. Will, Adrien, and Joel…thank you again!
