  The male employee there (he’s in other reviews picture) is terrible. Very rude and impatient to customers. I have been to many UPS but no one is this bad ever. He roll his eyes and yelling at customers, also not doing his work efficiently. I see him standing on the side doing nothing while there is a long line waiting. Avoid this shop and him.

  It is such a horrible experience trying to get in and out of that ridiculous parking lot. The staff at the Marriott are absolutely unhelpful. Everything is gated and there is no communication about how to do it properly. And then, as if the parking situation wasn’t bad enough, the staff inside the store are slow and same genuinely confused by their job. What a nightmare of a store. I avoid using UPS just so I don’t have to deal with going to this location.

  This UPS office is near my office. Went in to have a document notarized. The notary who also happens to be the manager wrote and incorrect date on the my form, then writes the correct date over the wrong date. I summitted my form to the county clerk’s office and was rejected for the sloppy way the date was written. Made a 2nd trip to this UPS office and made the notary aware that my document was rejected for his mistake. I printed a 2nd document to make another attempt at no charge. Again the county clerk’s office rejected the document for an incomplete notary stamp. So made the 3rd trip to this office to try again. But this time he wanted to change me for his mistake and suggested I go to another notary. I know I was in the right to make a 3dr attempt at no charge. But thought it best to go to a more professional notary. This so notary doesn’t know what’s his doing and should have is certification revoked. He also send out a “I hate my job” vibe. I not going to this office again. This place not recommended.
