  Not matter how u go there, u will need to get a parking ticket as it’s on Marriot hotel territory. 30 min parking is free for customers. Very confusing and time consuming to get there

  This place is centrally located to multiple large companies with employees needing UPS services. Multitasking, Competence and expedience is highly valued in the bay area. It's really tangible when you come in and feel out the other patrons, especially those with unrealistic requests. There are two employees that I frequently encounter here. Jazmin is the one that really shines in this environment . She is a boss level multitasker. I'll come in to do a simple drop off. While waiting in line, I'll witness Jazmin addressing the needs of 3 or 4 customers simultaneously! Printing something for one, Preparing shipment for another, ringing up a 3rd and then reaching and answering the ringing phone. Instead of externally showing any exasperation, she does it all with a pleasant demeanor. It's like she's just warming up. She's also really great at problem solving- helping to meet people's expressed service requests to the best of her abilities. Mind you that she is also doing all this between numerous different english accents. Jazmin needs to be recognized for her valuable contributions to this UPS store. Without her, this establishment (and it's Google rating score) would suffer under the weight of the bad rep that a colleague of hers creates for this place. Give her an award, recognition, and a raise. She deserves everything to keep her thriving here.

  I had Amazon deliver a package to my Hotel Room at the Santa Clara Marriot 2700 mission ave. This UPS store is inside this hotel. Amazon dropped the item off at UPS. Then the UPS store attempted to charge me $60 dollars for 1 hr storage fee. What a scam. Hotel front desk said it was the UPS store that charges. I walked over and spoke directly with the UPS store who said clearly the hotel was charging.

  As it stands maybe the worst UPS store in the area. Slow and no self-scanner. Place is a mess of boxes piled up. Seems very disorganized and a good place to lose your package. Taking my packages elsewhere.

  Very bad service. The person works here is very rude and lazy. We stood there for more than 30minutes he constantly said i cant take yours coz its closing time he made us leave, Even-though we are 30min before closing time. This didn’t happen to not only us there was others who left like us. This might affect the brand’s reputation. We have been to other ups stores they were really nice and respectful but this one is very different. Hope this message will reach to the head office. Thankyou.
