The carrier misdelivered my package to the wrong mailbox yesterday. When I calmly asked him about it today, instead of doing his job, he literally cursed at me and used the f-word. Is this the kind of garbage attitude you accept from your employees? Completely unacceptable.

When I saw the delivery person the next day (April 4th) and tried to ask him about the mix-up, his attitude was awful. Instead of helping or taking responsibility, he literally started cursing at me. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. Just an absolute trash attitude and horrendous customer service from this location.
