I’ve only had maybe one experience where someone was slightly rude, but overall, everyone I’ve dealt with has been great. They definitely hire good people. My issue is with whoever is handling the scheduling and staffing. There are constantly times during the day, especially later in the afternoon, when there is only ONE employee working the window while there’s a huge line of people waiting. This happens way too often. I posted pictures showing the line going almost all the way back to the entrance, which is honestly ridiculous. The employees can only do so much when they’re the only person up there helping everyone. There really should be two or three employees working the windows during busy times. The staff themselves are great - the scheduling and staffing seriously need improvement.
