There are so many reviews about her, I don’t understand why she continues to have a role at the front. She clearly couldn’t care less about customer service.

Might have been the worst I’ve ever been spoken to by somebody over a counter. I’m still in shock at how awful she was. She should really be fired for how disrespectful she is. Does anybody have a way to file a formal complaint? It’s not right that this person continues to degrade people.
