- ATAce TateMay 13, 20261.0I went in to print some medical documents at their self help portal. Scanned the QR code. Sent an email with an attachment. And waited. And waited. When I asked the woman at the print counter if there was an alternative to print. She said she would have to charge me extra. There is a reason this location has poor reviews: rigid systems and no customer service. I’d suggest UPS on cliff. You can walk in, email their documents, get personal customer service, and be done by the time you would just figured out the QR code at fed ex

Really?! This was not customer service! Please have a shot of Starbucks 15 mins prior to starting your shift or take care of your personal issues before you assist people at your place of employment. You are representing FedEx, never forget that rude lady. We will take our business to the Calle Real store instead, 5 stars for them.
