- ABA BAug 15, 20261.0Very disappointed in the service from this place. I waited in line just for them to redirect me to the ONE self service kiosk that someone was already using to send more than 10 packages. The workers said if they scanned my QR code it wouldn’t work at the desk they were working at. They showed me how to use the self service kiosk and they couldn’t even get it to work. We were standing there for awhile trying to get it to work. Why we couldn’t just scan it at their desk I have no idea. I got back in line to have them scan my QR code for my other packages as I could not get the kiosk to work once the worker left me, and guess what! THEY SCANNED IN JUST FINE AT THE DESK THE WORKER WAS AT! I wasted my time and theirs for no reason. At my usual post office I would be in and out in less than 5 minutes because they were able to help me at the desk, not redirecting me to the self service kiosk that doesn’t work! I have never had an issue shipping with a QR code at any other post office and this was extremely unnecessary.

When my mail DID get delivered, the mail carrier and I figured what had happened. Thankyou to all involved in handling this in a timely fashion. There is also easy and plentiful parking at this location
