- DWdon wickOct 12, 20261.0By far the worst branch in the city. Showed up on Monday but it was closed even though it says open on google. Not the first time they’ve done this
- RFRalph FedorinSep 14, 20261.0It is unbelievable that a person working at this facility cannot count. There was a customer in a line who paid Six dollars on a five dollar and forty five cent bill. The attendant was not giving him his change.He had to ask for it , and then she didn't know how much it was. She could not figure it out. She had to ask a supervisor for help. All the customers in line new what the amount of change was. This happened twice both times the attendant had to call the supervisor who was getting frustrated and rightfully so. Both times the supervisor had to explain how much change is owed the customer. And of Course , because now the supervisor as well as the other attendant , their time has taken up trying to take care of this , the line gets longer and more frustrating. I actually felt sorry for the supervisor. Then the attendant tries to blame the cash register for not showing her the change that's due. Did this person not go to school? Or is basic math no longer taught?
