- MEMarina ElizondoApr 13, 20261.0I am so disappointed in the service I was given, I was given a PO box at first that was totally a mess up the clerk gave me a box that wasn't even the right box I had ordered to use, so not once,not twice,but three times I had to fill out a mail foward slip and not only did I not get one piece of mail, but it's been nothing but a hassle to try and get a refund for a box I didn't even use,I still haven't got a refund I gave up! This clerk at the front desk gave me not once ,twice but three times I was given a box that I gave my PO box address to very important people that I need them to be able to get ahold of me and since now this post office has backed up my mail who knows how long back but I haven't been able to receive my mail the way I should which has really made a big burden for me and the lawsuit I am filing, how am I supposed to get documents sent and received if I can't count on the post office that is supposed to be a reliable safe place I can trust to get my important mail and documents, now I've had to explain why my documents are late and why they can't get ahold of me, I need my refund!

Everything was done quickly and I did not have to deal with the headache of having to contact the sender. Great experience!
