Customer service is not professional nor helpful and did not met any requirements. This location doesn't know how to interpret tracking information. My fiance went on a Saturday to look for a package and personal did not attempt to look for it nor help. They said to come another day and never received a call to let us know if it was found. Very unsatisfied/upsetting
