Came in about 30 minutes before closing and it was absolute chaos. One of the busiest post office scenes I’ve ever seen. Huge shoutout to Elaine for handling it all with incredible grace. She stayed kind, patient, and professional the entire time. Not many people could manage that level of pressure so well. She was excellent!

I had a very disappointing experience with this office. The customer service was among the worst I’ve encountered. A staff member named Carolyn was dismissive, mocked me, and made me feel uncomfortable when I was simply trying to ask questions and get guidance. Instead of being helpful or professional, her tone of voice came across as rude and condescending. I did not feel respected or valued as a customer. I would strongly encourage the office to invest in customer service training, as no one seeking help should be treated this way. I also believe she has gotten away treating people this way as she fell very comfortable yelling at me, "You don't tell me what to do!!! Action required immediately
