- YDYosef DeutschJul 1, 20231.0DO NOT HIRE THEM! My grandfather was a holocaust survivor who lived the American dream and entrusted this company with his legacy. I have spoken to Beth Vasquez, Myron Schuster, and Jerry Braakman, and they do not uphold, enforce, or use ethical business practices. They are withholding distribution in lieu of signing a settlement agreement which is in violation of probate code 16004.5, due to a missing amount of funds from my late father's trust. My father passed in February 2022 and as of 6/30/2023 they have yet to file the appropriate court paperwork or distribute the necessary remaining assets. They also hire OVERPRICED consultants who do not hold the beneficiaries interests first. They ONLY look after themselves. All of my protests have been ignored, and they have been siphoning off funds in any way they can create. You will not get your money back or your money's worth with this company. I have already filed a complain via the Better Business Bureau and now the office of the Comptroller of the Currency, which regulates Trusts like First American. Heed my warning. *Small update: It's March 2026 and the issues have yet to be resolved and I'm no longer in the loop on what is going on. They are professional sandbaggers and employ unethical lawyers who will be unsure who they're supposed to cater to, the person paying them or the owner of the account. If I could pull the court transcripts I would, and I would post what that lawyer said in court here.
