  Very disappointing experience at this FedEx Office. I came in to return a pair of Lululemon shoes. Lululemon customer service specifically told me I could bring the shoes in and FedEx would handle the packing and shipping for the return-free of charge! However, an employee named Laura (blue bangs) insisted the original Lululemon shoebox was “not strong enough” and told me I had to purchase a new box. I was charged $11.46 for something that should not have been necessary. What’s frustrating is that the shoes were originally delivered to me in that same shoebox — meaning it was obviously strong enough to ship through the mail in the first place. This felt less like customer service and more like being pressured into buying extra supplies. The entire return should have been quick and straightforward, but instead I left feeling taken advantage of. I will not be returning to this location.

  I had an extremely disappointing experience at this FedEx location today. One of the female staff members — with yellow-dyed bangs — provided terrible customer service. She looked irritated the entire time, kept frowning, and was clearly impatient. Even worse, she wrote the international recipient address and phone number incorrectly. I corrected two mistakes on the spot, but it turned out there were even more errors that she made. Because of this, my important documents cannot be delivered to the recipient now. This level of carelessness and unprofessional attitude is unacceptable. I strongly advise do not to come to this location!!!!

  Why can't every FedEx location be the same?? This place is nothing like my friendly Foothill Ranch location. I came in to see a long line and about FIVE employees behind the counter talking amongst themselves and ignoring the line. I was there for 5 minutes waiting and wondering if I should leave and find another location until they finally decided to do their jobs and start working on the line. When it came to me, the employee simply shrugged me off, gave me some brief instructions, and let me go. I was left to figure out what to do on my own but luckily I was ok and didn't need any help because I'm sure it would have just pissed me off and infuriated me even further. I won't be back. Next time, I need any of FedEx's services I'll find another location.

  I have been to this FedEx office twice now, and so far I have been happy with the service and quality of prints. I'm a graphic design student and I frequent these places often to print projects, and have had my fair share of headaches with service and quality. I was happy when they said that they carried 12x18 cardstock paper, because the one by my house does not. The same guy helped me the two time I've been there and never game me any problems. Although, the first time I went, a lady who worked there wanted to send me to the self-service printers, when I refused because they take too long, this guy was happy to help me. I'll probably continue going to this one as long as the service continues to be as good as it has been.
