  Update: Delayed ONE MORE DAY after I contacted the customer service multiple times, now it 4 DAYS DELAYED, the package was never out for delivery! can anyone pay me the lost wages as DHL doesn’t allow the signature release online and need you to stay home waiting all days again and again then give you the delay result ———Original :—————- My shipment arrived at the Santa Ana delivery facility on August 3. (I already paid the required import fees in July ) . It was originally scheduled for delivery on August 3, then scheduled for August 4, then. scheduled for August 5, still not received the package I never saw the package went out for delivery. The tracking stayed at “Arrived at DHL Delivery Facility” since Aug 3, and until now it never changed to “Out for Delivery” This shipment requires an in-person signature, and DHL does not allow online signature release or leave-at-door authorization. I have a job and I cannot stand waiting at home all day again and again like this. I contacted customer service a couple times by phone and online chat. The most frustrating part was that one representative named Jarod simply told me to “just return the package” instead of helping resolve the issue. That is completely unacceptable, especially after I had already paid the customs fees and followed DHL’s delivery instructions.

  Nightnare courier service! This rude DHL US delivery driver who handled my documents was severely delayed, I was outside and saw him outside my door , then he hand over me a DHL envelope that was very dirty, with blood, mud and shoe foot prints! Not happy! Go elsewhere!

  I had a friend call me from out of the country for an emergency. I had to ship medication a.s.a.p. and Theresa was so patient and kind and helped me with all the paperwork that was necessary. I really appreciated all her help and understanding, THANK YOU Theresa!! If I was able to give you 10 stars I would, you are the best!
