But people don’t understand that this is one of the most visited facility, it’s the one closest to the border…. What they need it’s MORE STAFF…they need help… they’re all good people if you treat them with respect and not like they’re machines working for you… most of the times I go it’s Only one person attending the big lines..sometimes two… three in my lucky days… and it’s not their fault people are in a hurry.. they’re more offices near by but people prefer to go there and complain about how big the lines are..Alba, Santi, Paulito and Abel can only do so much… I been going there for years and they treat me same way I treat them, with respect

There are usually 2–3 staff members available, yet the line often has more than 15 people waiting. It takes an excessive amount of time just to check for clients' mail. The long wait times are frustrating and make it difficult for clients to receive timely assistance. I hope improvements can be made to better serve the community.

They say they "can't get in contact with my deliverer" and that they may have "put it in the wrong P.O box. How about your employees do their job? Give me my money back or find my packages.
