  Once in a while they will treat you decent, most of the times they act like if they were making you a favor to process an service which is not free. If your postage stamp is slightly bent of worn, they won't take it! push you to buy theirs. COERCION acts to manipulate customers not to throw bags or cardboard in the trash or recycle bins!!! A penitentiary system probably has better customer service than this place. Not enough employees? Well just hear them chat on the backgrounds, they don't like coming out to the service areas but they do like hanging on the back area and talk all day about personal subjects. Need your package? Go around and wait your turn, could be in or not, just wait your turn!; awful service, waste of time and money, I decided just to open another account in different company.

  La semana pasada que fui a recoger un paquete desafortunadamente me toco ver como estos dos empleados de USPS maltratan a los adultos mayores,.El servicio que dan depende de como anden ellos mentalmente ese dia! No deberia ser asi ya que se les paga por estar ahi! El manager deberia de hacer algo al respecto o talvez el es igual no lo se.

  Yo crucé de México a esta oficina, llegue 7 minutos antes de que cerraran, y yo sin experiencia me trataron tan mal, hasta me amenazaron. Que si estaba enviando medicinas me iban a multar y a enviar a la cárcel. La mujer super prepotente y grosera me apuraba y me regañaba,por no haber pedido antes un sticker, me pasó con el siguiente trabajador y fue lo mismo, grosero, y el tercero el que me cobró fue el peor, entie do que ya se querían ir, pero al punto de amenazarme si estaba enviando medicamentos, acababa de cruzar la línea, en donde si tienen derecho de cuestionar, me sentí tan mal al salir de alli.. ojalá y tuvieran algo de empatia..pero ni uno de los 3 que están alli..espero nunca tener que regresar alli..cero estrellas ..ojalá y sus jefes puedan ver como tratan a los clientes ..

  This place has got to be one of the most horrible customer experiences I've ever had in my life! Customer Service is terrible! Very slow and most of the time it's just 1 person assisting customers, most employees are SUPER RUDE there, I've been there a handful of times and every time I've been there has been an awful experience. Today was the worst, as I was being helped by one of the employees there, another started walking by me and started MOCKING ME because the attendant made a comment to me and I chuckle about it, the man (employee) started mocking me, pretending it was me laughing in the most rudest way possible, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE!!! I will NEVER go to that place, ever!

  The busiest U.S. Postal Office in the most southern tip in California and only one person at the counter. This is an ongoing problem with this post office. They serve the community of San Ysidro and everyone else coming from Tijuana seeking the closest Postal Office. The worst customer service and very poor management. Any other post office will have three or four clerks helping the customer, not here.
