Use this location to drop off packages for a small business. Constantly stealing packages and not scanning them in. Bite the bullet and just go to the danville location

Suddenly this facility has been misrouting all my packages inbound to Dublin and giving my local post office a hard time delivering a package. 2 times my package was somehow routed to Fremont and San Francisco instead of just driving 10 minutes to Dublin Post Office and it still hasn't delivered after 1 week. Something extremely shady is starting to go on at this facility that needs to be investigated by Postal Inspectors.

I visited the USPS branch on Alcosta Boulevard in San Ramon on May 26, 2026 between 4:30 and 5:00 PM to send six certified mail letters with Return Receipt Requested and signature confirmation — services I specifically requested for. The clerk, Alisha, failed to process the return receipt cards and did not set up the electronic delivery confirmation I asked for. When I tried to explain what I needed when I was called as the next in line, she repeatedly interrupted me, dismissing my questions by saying “everything is online,” and was visibly eager to end the transaction and leave for the day. I left with a receipt that does not reflect the services I needed. These letters are part of a time-sensitive legal dispute and the missing documentation creates real risk for my case. This is not a minor oversight — return receipt and signature confirmation exist precisely because proof of delivery matters. I will be following up with the postmaster and filing a formal USPS complaint. If you are sending anything important from this location, verify every service is processed completely before you walk away.
