The cashier/floor associate was extremely rude and arrogant. I was looking for a particular computer mouse with a particular feature that I found online. He refused to let me even look at the box to confirm. Interrogated me about why I needed to see the box. If I’m dropping nearly $100 on a mouse, you’re going to let me look at the features before purchase. Only after some convincing did he let me even look at it. He was adamant it didn’t have the feature I wanted and I’d HAVE to buy a more expensive version… and worst is HE WAS WRONG. I bought the mouse and of course it had the feature. Screw this store

Finally decided to enroll in TSA Pre and saw the San Ramon Staples was an enrollment center. I completed my pre-enrollment online, paid for it and headed over to finish the in person enrollment process before I headed out of town. They didn't show any appointments for the rest of the day, it was 2:00pm, but it said walk-ins welcome so I drove over. Well that was my mistake. I saw no one was at the kiosk so I asked the person behind the print counter, if she could get someone to help me. She said the person doing the TSA Pre today didn't feel well and had gone home for the day. I asked if anyone could help me and was told no. Okay I get it, people get sick, but how does a Manager only have 1 person in the entire store who knows how to provide a service the store is offering? Now my application will be delayed and I wasted my time and gas to go to the store. Yes I know, I should have just called before hand but again who woud think none of the 5 remaining employees I did see in the store could help. I was going to buy other items when I finished enrolling but decided I would take that business elsewhere.
