Danielle Smith was my recruiter twice and each time she did not know my name, kept sending me to interviews for jobs I did not qualify for, and continued to talk about her daughter during our virtual meetings when I tried to get some assistance with my job search. I reached back out to her for assistance after my contract role ended in April 2022 and she told me initially that she was going to schedule a time to talk with me about my updated resume and what I was looking for career-wise. I never received the email and reached back out to her again requesting for time on her calendar. Once a meeting was confirmed, I was bombarded with apologies for the last interview prior to my contract and that she is going to work closely with me on finding a new opportunity. I tried to tell her what my new updated skills were and she cut me off and spoke about her daughter and her experience with other candidates, which did nothing for my meeting with her. It is September and I have not heard from her since and she, to repeat my earlier complaint, started the call with calling me Mariah instead of my actual name. I am very disappointed with this recruiter and the overall staffing agency.
