After my live scan I used a desk to do some work on my laptop while more customers came in and each one they treated with respect and willingly helped.

They rerouted my packages again and when I called the guy said “I don’t know maybe it was UPS corporate, we just handle the packages” well if you handled the packages you’d know why the delivery got rerouted wouldn’t you? Apparently UPS needs to hire people with critical thinking skills

I often find myself in a long line while the clerk is busy with some lengthy notary client. The mailbox and shipping work should be quick moving. The notary work is like an anchor that infuriates me. I have had leave several times. I am writing this as I wait in line.
