  I've used this UPS branch maybe 8-9 times over the past 3-4 years. For packages and to notarize documents. The service is pretty good; but not great, which is why they get four not five stars. But the same is true of FEDEX/Kinko's up the street, where I go instead for their Kinko's-related services. Pushy, demanding customers generally get poorer service--or even bad service--from the underpaid, overworked staff. Not a good idea to come here with attitude. Lines tend to form around lunchtime, and late afternoon; but not always. This branch is in the same complex as Trader Joe's and a Rite Aid, which is why I come here. Lotsa parking. Whole Foods is just across the street.
