  If I could go above 5 I would. Roman and Gabe hold it down and go above and beyond with service. I’ve seen it for myself. My favorite place to ship and sign.

  This is s uniquely fantastic UPS store. It is extremely well managed, kind and helpful, delightful employees. I always have a great experience and find the staff fun and inspiring. Andrew and his wife Lilia are superb owners and Minerva has provided A+++ customer service every time I've been in. There is another employee whose name I now can't remember who is also so friendly, helpful, and cheerful. Really a great spot. I drive far to skip the grabby UPS stores and go here; it's the best.

  Roman is awesome I went in for fingerprints and was in and out in no more than 15 minutes. He deserves a raise. Also ya'll need to have air conditioning in there for those associates.
