  Order with express printing for same day and not available 3 days later! Says open until 9pm turn up at 8.30pm and closed now says open at 10am and here at 10.30 and not open

  Braden was initially less welcoming. However, I chose not to let this affect my attitude, and I believe maintaining a positive outlook helped Braden pivot and ultimately assist my family and I with printing labels for my daughter's business. I appreciate that Braden was able to support us in the end. I understand how challenging it must be for your team to manage with limited staff. My main concern is the need for additional team members to help prevent burnout and ensure a better customer experience. When employees are stretched too thin, it can impact both their well-being and the service provided to customers. I hope you’ll consider making some changes to address these staffing issues, as I believe it would benefit both your team and your customers. I would appreciate hearing how you plan to address this, and I hope my feedback helps highlight opportunities for improvement. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

  As soon as I walked in an Associate asked me what I was looking for (specific HP ink cartridges) found them and then checked me out. Service was quick and friendly. A vey good experience.
