  I’ve had a mailbox through iPostal at this Staples location since 2021, and unfortunately the experience has steadily declined over the years. At this point, the operation feels completely disorganized. I have never dealt with a business that struggles so much with internal communication and package management. My mail and packages are constantly misplaced within the building. During my last visit, some of my letters were scattered on the customer side of the copy and print counter, while a large pile of iPostal members’ mail was stacked in a corner. My own packages were spread across four different areas of the store. There have been multiple occasions where staff could not locate my packages, forcing me to return another day. At times, I’ve had to contact iPostal support directly to help track down items. I’ve also had pickup requests marked incorrectly, resulting in storage fees being charged for packages I had already collected. Not to mention the numerous times I've been given other iPostal customer's mail by mistake and had to make another trip to return them to the store. During my previous visit, I wasn’t even able to pick up my mail due to their system not working, despite staff literally having it in their hands, and I was told to come back another day. I ended up staying there past closing trying to sort everything out, while another employee spent the entire time searching the building for his own paycheck that management had apparently misplaced. When I arrived today, the store was closed because they had changed their weekday hours to 7 PM. However, the hours on Google Maps and their phone system has still not been updated. I understand that retail environments can be busy, but the lack of organization, communication, and basic operational management at this location has become incredibly frustrating. They’ve had five years to improve this process, and instead it has only continued to get worse.
