- JDJuan DiazMar 6, 20251.0Absolutely Horrible Experience – Stay Away! If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Courtney Larson at First American was beyond frustrating. She was completely unresponsive, never took my calls, and ignored all attempts at communication. It’s one thing to be busy, but another to be outright unprofessional and dismissive. I was left in the dark throughout the entire process, and it felt like she couldn’t care less about providing even the bare minimum level of service. I don’t know how someone like this is even in the industry. If you value communication, professionalism, or basic human decency, do yourself a favor and find someone else. This was hands down one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Avoid at all costs!
