- AAabetito04Aug 24, 20261.0Slow and unfriendly. If you need to send certified mail, go straight to the counter because they don’t have the slip out for you to grab and fill out. If you go to the desk without it, they tell you to fill one out with attitude, you tell then they are out, they give it to you with an attitude and they make you get back in line. The lady with the long braids is especially unfriendly, a simple smile wouldn’t hurt anyone.

I went to ship a box and had the print label on my phone, but they said they won’t print it, so I asked where I could get it printed and they said Postal Annex which is right next door. I asked if they could ship it too, and YES!! So I went to POSTAL ANNEX, where there was NO LINE, and they printed and shipped it for me. The owner was very nice, and they are locally owned and operated. I’ll be using them from now on.
