I arrived before the office even opened and had already completed almost my entire application. The only thing left was my signature, which takes just a moment. Despite this Baljder allowed the next customer to go ahead of me. I explained that I only needed to sign the application, but she still chose to serve others first. She also saw several customers who were there for other services to go ahead of me. As a result, I ended up waiting over 45 minutes with my child.
