- SLSue LoefflerJun 22, 20261.0I waited in line to start a missing package claim. I provided the tracking number which had all details. I was told to go to Main Branch . After 40 minutes in line at main branch , I was told ground shipping must initially be processed on line . I tried to call 25th Ave PO , the number on line has been disconnected.

However, on multiple occasions I've arrived only to find the interior doors locked with a 'We'll back at X time sign.' Not cool.

She always guide me on the best way to send my packages and makes the whole process much easier. It’s honestly hard to find this level of customer service at USPS, and I wanted to recognize her for it. If you visit this location, you can expect helped by someone who truly cares about helping customers.
