  There are three UPS stores near me but the one on Campus drive is my favorite. Their staff are always so friendly and helpful. They also have a self serve kiosk you can use to print return shipping labels for packages such as returns to Amazon. Most impressive was the day when a gentleman from the store, who I think might be the manager or owner of this location, showed up at my door because they had an issue printing the label the day before, from a QR code but didn't realize it at the time I was there. He drove to my house to let me know & to take a picture of the QR code again so they could reprint the shipping label. Now that is great customer service!!

  I’ve been using this UPS Store for many years, and it’s honestly one of my favorite locations. There are many UPS stores around, but I keep coming back to this one because Mr. Bhat and Jay are always so helpful, fast, and professional. No matter what you need, Amazon returns, shipping, printing, or any other service, they really try their best to help and make things easy. You never walk out disappointed. I’ve always had a smooth experience here, and their customer service is excellent. Really appreciate their hard work and positive attitude. Highly recommended.

  We went there to take passport photos. The staff members are very friendly and efficient. Great services. And when I have to take the photos back for minor adjustments the following day, Sammy worked meticulously and patiently on it. All very wonderful staff members providing excellent services. I would highly recommend this UPS location for their service.

  I've been a customer at this store for many years. The staff is awesome. From the moment you enter the store, they are extremely friendly, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help. The real standout is Jay – he is INCREDIBLE. It’s rare to come across someone who consistently combines professionalism with such a warm, approachable attitude, always with a smile. He’s incredibly efficient and patient, whether it’s dealing with a challenging customer or managing a busy store. It’s obvious that he genuinely cares about you as a customer and wants you to have a great experience every time. He’s pure joy to interact with and is a huge asset to the store. Jay and the team are the reason that this UPS store is my go-to!

  Huge shoutout to Sandeep at this UPS location! I needed to ship a package internationally with an incredibly long and complicated address to China. The other staff members were stumped and weren't sure how to process the international service, but Sandeep stepped in and completely nailed it. She clearly knows the system inside and out. She was fast, efficient, and saved me a ton of hassle. Highly recommend asking for her if you have complex shipping needs!
