- BBBayJun 29, 20261.0Rude and unhelpful staff. Not willing or capable of explaining the system issue with the customer. When I tried to ask for more information and help problem solve, the staff immediately gave me attitude, ignored me when I was in middle sentence, and made me feel very uncomfortable. If you want to be treated nicely and fairly please do yourself a favor and go to a different location in San Mateo.
