Despite the fact that the escrow closed last year and that this is an issue having nothing to do with their work on the closing they continue at their expense to support me in getting this issue taken care of

[Provide specific details: for example, "They were unresponsive to emails and calls, delayed the closing process unnecessarily, and lacked clear communication throughout."] As a customer, I expected much better service for such an important transaction. Their lack of attention to detail and poor customer service made the entire process far more stressful than it needed to be. I would not recommend this company to anyone and hope they take serious steps to improve their operations and customer support.
