- WTWei-Ai TaiMay 8, 20264.0Decent experience at this FedEx location off El Camino Real in San Mateo. Larger than expected interior, everything looked clean and well-maintained. In addition to sending packages, you can also make copies, or buy packing materials and birthday cards. The staff was helpful and efficient. The large free parking lot is shared with other businesses, but it can be a bit tricky getting in and out.

- VVVictorMar 20, 20262.0Nice staff, crap management policies. Wouldn’t accept a UPS package accidentally sent by that carrier, when all prior shipments went by FedEx and were accepted. Now it’s return to sender and a pain in my butt. UPS on 41st will accept anything, for a small fee, which is how it should be. I’m dissing this shop for the future and you should too.
