    My partner and I have regularly had out mail NOT delivered. I went in and spoke to someone at the desk who said he would pass along the problem to his supervisor. However, since then, a package that said it was "delivered to recipient's mailbox" was not there! I am currently waiting on two cards and one package (that I know of! They are graduation gifts, so people have reached out upon not hearing from me, and now we have all been nervous about them getting lost! And now a package for my partner today!). Is the mailman not ensuring mail goes into the correct box? Some units around us are empty, so we won't ever know since the mail for empty units will not be checked. We have ensured that our names and address were correctly printed. This is ridiculous!

    Constant issues with them not delivering stuff on time or at all. Packages are constantly “delayed in transit,” (even when they’ve already arrived at the post office) and if there aren’t enough parcel lockers available at your apartment, they make you pick it up at the post office and don’t give you the option to have it redelivered. On top of that, they say it’s “at the customers request” when you never requested it, but they do it so that they don’t get docked for not delivering it. Super unethical and lazy. They’re basically making you do their job for them. They don’t even bother leaving a notification slip in your mailbox. It’s like they’re not even trying to deliver your stuff. Wish Amazon would stop using them. This location in particular is always pretty dirty and rundown looking. Hours for pick up are super inconvenient too if you work full time. Unprofessional all around. Huge letdown and no accountability. Any business that operated this way would fail.

    I file a claim for a broken item during shipping. I follow the instructions to bring the item to this USPS location for inspection and for them to file an electronic report so the claim can proceed. The female supervisor did not know what she’s doing. Instead of doing her job and make a report to my case online, she told me it’s not going to work out for me. Blame me to not packing the item well enough. She’s not the one who makes the decision because she didn’t see the evidence I submitted to the claim center. Her job is to inspect the item, make a report online, and give me a receipt for my records. That’s what I was told by the USPS Claim Center (pictures). My claim was denied because she didn’t make any reports even though my item was sitting at USPS for almost a month. I’m not sure how you can be a supervisor while you’re so irresponsible and lack of knowledge about your job.
