This was my fourth time going there, and I will definitely be looking for another place to print my documents. None of the employees seem willing to help, and they speak to customers in a very rude manner. If they don’t want to work in customer service, then they should consider finding another type of job. Management should seriously reconsider who they are hiring. I went this Monday at around 4 PM, and there were four employees working, but not a single one of them was willing to help me. Very disappointing experience.

After standing a few minutes being ignored, I asked which desk to go to, and was waved to one. When a clerk finally approached the desk, in a very surly manner he informed me I was at the wrong spot. It went downhill from there. He was disinterested, bordering on rude, certainly unhelpful. Met the very bare bottom measure of function.
