- ELElaine LamAug 21, 20261.0Staff at that office are impolite, I had a shipping label print from Vinted and it shows US Post Paid by easypost. I try to get receipt and they told me the receipt was $0.00 means Post Office deliver my mail for Free. It's not true, and they talk real loud at the counter, it was so embarrassing to a customer like me. Like I am a cheater, it's not fair to me. They said I had to show the payment receipt before they can took the mail that I am not able to do that. I can tell they are not professional and do not have knowledge for their job. They need more training for the nowaday system. Something even more worse, my mail had timely concern, they take it and return it to me couple days later, and tape a receipt that $0 and I had money due for the mail. If the receipt show $ amount, means I had to pay right away. The mail was prepaid, they don't know if Vinted had NO account with easypost the label would Not be generated? I feel so disappointed with the staffs there. One is the Asian lady and the other one with Spanish speaking lady. I even don't want to go to that post office again and check out their name.

- KLKyle LeiJul 2, 20265.0The line was short when I visited after lunch today. The woman behind the counter, Aiwa, was super friendly, helpful, and efficient.
- LPLaurie PJun 22, 20265.0The best post office ever. Great & knowledgeable customer service. Friendly & helpful postal workers. Fast moving lines.
- MBMae B.Jun 22, 20261.0Worker named Aiwa here is always yelling at people. As a customer, why am I being yelled at? So rude. Last time, she told me she couldn’t find my package when I came to pick it up and then had to ask another employee to help her and that employee found it right away. Her service and attitude sucks.
