  Again it says attempted delivery when I was home. I saw the guy pull up. I go out to wait. He delivers to my neighbor. I asked is there a package for me. He ignores me. Then I get an alert that says attempted delivery and he drives off as I’m yelling asking him where’s my package. Seriously FedEx this isn’t the first time. I work from home so I’m always here. And they never deliver.

  I came to this location simply to print two documents from my email. There were about three staff members working, and not one person greeted me when I walked through the door. I asked if they had computers available that I could use to access my email and print my documents. No one bothered to tell me that some of the computers had printing issues and others had keyboard problems. Instead, I ended up logging into three different computers and paying a fee each time because no one provided that information upfront. Finally, when I asked one of the staff members for help, he told me I could email the documents to them and they could print them directly. That didn't work either. He then told me to send the documents to another email address so they could print them for me. What should have been a simple 10-minute task turned into a 30-minute ordeal because of poor communication and customer service. To make matters worse, I was charged almost $10 just to print two copies, which I found ridiculous. The biggest issue wasn't even the cost—it was the lack of basic customer service and communication. If someone had simply explained the computer and printing issues when I first asked, I could have avoided wasting my time and being charged multiple times. I will not be returning to this location.

  Store opens at 8am so I thought arriving there early and first would help my visit quick and easy as I only went in to print a few personal papers. I couldn’t print as the printer cartridges were out of ink. I tried explaining to the employee working at 8am on 8/10 I was in a rush and could not wait bit had already been charged. He did not care and still made me wait. Came to waste my time and money. I didn’t leave with what I needed. He didn’t offer any help regarding a refund or credit. I wouldn’t have minded credit to come back at a better time. Please stop hiring careless people I’d understand if it was a long busy day It’s 8AM why are things not restocked and ready for use? I
