She was super nice, very friendly, and explained every service clearly so I knew exactly what I needed. The moment that really amazed me was when another customer dropped off a package while Hanh was helping me. After finishing with me, she realized the parcel wasn’t for USPS. Instead of ignoring it, she actually ran outside to find the customer and kindly let her know with such a gentle tone that the package belonged to a different carrier. I’ve never seen anyone at USPS go out of their way like that. Hanh is truly exceptional.
