- HNHessam NabaviApr 7, 20265.0I visited this location last week for a quick Amazon return. About a year ago, my experience here wasn’t what I expected, but this time was completely different. It seems there’s new ownership, and the service has improved significantly. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They even took the time to guide me on a couple of mailers I needed to send with customized addresses. Highly recommend their service, great customer care and a very positive experience overall.

If I can give 0 this UPS store, I do, I was there two weeks ago and left a Tmobile return, the associate Nina was not careful with the package and the phone was deliver it broken,. Today I tried to talk the manager and I couldnt , I tried to talk with Nina and she was so rude. I dont understand how UPS can have this kind of people.

Staples will print the emailed document and charge less than a dollar. .50 charge for credit purchases less than $10, and no sign for the $10 limit. Staff is very understanding; they try to help customers. Owner is like a Nazi breathing down their necks making sure they nickel and dime customers.
