- EEEvelyn1 day ago1.0I don’t recommend doing your passport in this location. Some lady who works there kept on telling me, “No, you don’t need your social security number.” When you clearly need to add it on the passport application. She also had the audacity to be irritated. Terrible customer service. The post office needs to hire people who KNOW what they’re doing in professional way. Do better.

The self service label machine wasn't working, so when it was her turn at the counter she politely asked the older gentleman working there if he could print the label for her. Before she could even finish her question he cut her off and started screaming at her. When she asked why he was yelling at her over a simple question, he kept going with a terrible attitude and rushed her through. There's no excuse for a grown man to scream at a teenager who's just asking for help,that's literally what you're there for. Completely unacceptable. I'd expect better from any business, let alone a federal agency.

He was friendly, professional, attentive, and made the entire process so easy for me. This was my very first time getting a U.S. passport, so it was a meaningful and exciting moment. Harry acknowledged that and made the experience even more special. He took his time to walk me through each step and gave me clear, detailed instructions, so I knew exactly what to expect. The store was very busy when I was there, but I was impressed by how well Harry took care of everyone. Two older customers needed extra assistance, and he spent time making sure they understood everything while also assisting me and letting the other customers know he would be with them shortly. Even with so many people waiting, he remained calm, respectful, and welcoming to everyone. Having Harry assist me with my first U.S. passport made this milestone even more memorable. Thank you, Harry, for such wonderful service and for making my experience a great one. You made my day! Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
