It was really disappointing because instead of saving money, you end up spending more. They keep their plastic mailers hidden and then say they don’t have any available, so you’re forced to buy their items. At other USPS locations, the plastic mailers are displayed and free to use. I even told the counter person that they do have plastic mailers—they’re just being kept behind the counter.Next time I experience something like this again, where they hide them, I will report them to USPS head office.
