- VDVee DeeSep 16, 20261.0They purposely kept messing up my packages on my lockers. When I called customer service they said they will solve it and never did, closed my ticket multiple times. And when I went in person the lady wouldnt let me finish talking and kept interrupting me with "MMHMHM MHMLMHM" then kept putting words in my mouth and I had to explain again and she did the "MHMH MHM" again. I tried to be nice but she didnt cared. All of this couldve been solved when another guy just had to look up my transaction number and found my package. And this package said it was delivered to my locker but the mail person kept it in the office without telling me for weeks.
