I was doing a change of address for my recently deceased parents and their recently closed business. I had all the documents specified on the USPS website. The staff member had both parents individually forwarded, and the company forwarded while leaving the live-in helper's mail going to my parents house until the helper moves out. Maybe 10 minutes for all three changes. Wow.

The system couldn't read my slip for whatever reason and the clerk, Olivia, was super helpful! She helped me fill out the customs form in person and guided me on where to input the information. She was super kind, and even advised I check my account to cancel the customs slip and make sure to get a refund if it applied.
