- ELEmily lunaAug 26, 20251.0My package was mistakenly returned by USPS. The staff member I dealt with was a middle-aged white male, and his attitude was extremely rude and dismissive. Despite USPS being at fault, he seemed unwilling to acknowledge the mistake or help resolve the issue. I hope USPS improves training for professional customer interactions.
