So I've been coming here for about 10 years now and I don't usually come in here that often. I know there is this Man that works there his name is Brandon and he seems very "Special"And I understand And can empathize with people with special needs, but to be rude in a customer service based job, he probably should be in the back instead of dealing with customers. I don't come in often so when I came in with a box that was not taped or labeled, I just asked him how do I send this off and he took his flashlight pointer and started pointing at the tape and the labels behind me that are for sale on the wall. He then proceeded to tell the next client how his theory about customers that sound like they don't know what they're doing are just asking for him to do something for free, and he will not give in to that. Listening to this I was very offended but know that he is special so I let it slide yet deep inside was still offended because that wasn't what I was thinking, because I have come in before and someone has taped a box up for me and told me to just write on the box the name and the address. Just looking at the reviews here it sounds like people have been complaining about him many times. Knowing that this is the post office I don't think that it's something that he will ever get reprimanded for even though I think that he should because he is making customers feel uncomfortable and they should reposition him . He should not be in the front line. I will find another post office or just go next door to the postal annex.

I stopped by the USPS on Branham just to tape a small box and place the shipping label I had already printed. After waiting in line for about 10 minutes, I finally got to the counter and asked if they could quickly tape the box for me. Instead of helping, the employee rudely pointed at the tape for sale on the wall — not once, but three times — and told me I had to buy tape and that they weren’t going to do it. This would have cost them maybe five cents and taken five seconds. It was a tiny box. Honestly, I don’t know why I keep forgetting how unpleasant the service is at this location. I’ve actually bought tape there many times before and have a drawer full of rolls from previous visits — I just happened to forget one this time. But the attitude alone made me walk out. I refused to give them my business, so I looked around to see if I could find tape somewhere else and noticed a Postal Annex nearby. I walked in and the difference was night and day. First thing: I was actually welcomed when I walked in. I explained to Susanna that I just needed to borrow or buy some tape. Not only did she say I could borrow it — she immediately offered to tape the box and place the label herself. She did it perfectly with a great attitude and the whole thing took less than two minutes. So the moral of the story: USPS lost a customer and Postal Annex gained one. I didn’t even know Postal Annex existed until yesterday, but from now on they’re my go-to shipping place. Fantastic customer service.
